How do I make a reservation?

Fill in the form on our website and you will receive an instant, complete ride offer with the option to book. If you have an unusual request send us a message via e-mail. We are able to fulfil any transport request.

What size luggage can I take into the vehicle?

We assume that each passenger can take one suitcase with maximum dimensions of 63cm/36cm/21cm. When booking, the maximum number of luggage is indicated next to each vehicle category. If you have extra luggage or non-standard luggage, please let us know in the comments and select a vehicle with a larger capacity.

What vehicles do you use for transfers ?

Depending on the number of passengers and the choice of vehicle class, we provide services with vehicles no more than 7 years old in economy class and no more than 4 years old in business class. Business class vehicles are exclusively Mercedes E, Audi A6, BMW 5, Merceds V. All vehicles are technically sound, regularly serviced and kept impeccably clean.

How much waiting time is included in the price ?

A 15-minute wait is included in the price. In the case of airport pick-up, there is a 45-minute wait from the actual landing time of the plane.

What if I don’t make it within the stated waiting time ?

Please contact us or the driver and let us know. If possible, the driver will wait for you longer for an additional charge. Due to other assignments, additional waiting time is not always possible. Once the waiting time has been exceeded, the driver is entitled to declare a so-called No Show and move away from the pick-up location. In this situation, you will not be reimbursed for the unused service.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights and try to adapt to the situation in real time. We do not charge additional fees for delayed flights.

What if my plane is diverted ?

If your plane is diverted after the driver has started the service, the order will be marked as a “No Show customer” with no right to a refund for the unused service. Please note that in such a situation, you may request a refund of the cost of the ordered transfer from the airline.

Is there a difference between a shared shuttle and a private transfer?

By choosing a shared transfer, the passenger agrees that there will be other people in the vehicle going in the same direction at a similar time. It is also not possible to specify a pick-up time in the case of an airport transfer, and must expect extended waiting times upon arrival.

How much time before departure do you pick up passengers going to the airport ?

Pick-ups of passengers from the city take place according to the passenger’s instructions; according to the recommendations, the passenger should arrive at the airport no later than 2 hours before the flight’s departure. The journey from the centre of Warsaw to Chopin Airport takes about 30 minutes in normal traffic, and about 50 minutes to Warsaw Modlin Airport.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Child safety seats are provided. This is an extra charge, please select the appropriate seat on the reservation form.

How do I recognise your vehicle ?

As long as your contact phone number is correct, 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time, you will receive an SMS with the driver’s contact phone number and vehicle details. Always confirm your details and destination address with the driver.

How do I find your driver at the airport?

We offer a meet&greet service, which can be selected at the booking stage. In this case, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a tablet or card on which the passenger’s requested welcome message is displayed. If you do not select the meet&greet option, detailed information on where to pick up your car at Warsaw Modlin Airport and Chopin Airport is provided in the message confirming your booking.
